How long does a car wash typically take?
Our standard Exterior Only Wash takes around 45 minutes, while more detailed services like the Full Valet can take up to 2 hours, depending on your vehicle type and the package selected. We'll always give you an estimated duration when you book.
Do I need to be present during the service?
No, you don't need to be present — as long as we have access to your vehicle and there's enough space to work safely, we're good to go. Just make sure the doors are unlocked (if interior work is included), and we'll handle the rest.
What happens if it rains on the day of my booking?
If bad weather is forecast, we'll get in touch to reschedule your booking at no extra cost. Your satisfaction matters, and we want to make sure your vehicle gets the best possible treatment.
How do I prepare my car before your arrival?
Please make sure:
- Your vehicle is parked in an accessible location
- There's space around the car for us to work safely
- If you've booked interior cleaning, ensure the car is unlocked and personal items are removed from the seats and floors

We're based in Croydon and cover most of South London and nearby areas.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely online through our booking platform.
